Minerals from Norway
We have added seventeen fine specimens from Norway. Many of these are rarely available outside of Norway, and are quite fine examples. There are classic specimens of Almandine from Harstad, Anatase from 2 different and documented localities, Corundum from Sagstuen and Magnesio-Hornblende from the Valberg Quarry. Also included are rarities like Moonstone (Albite), Kyanite with Fuchite, Uvite on Epidote, Apophyllite and many others -- most of which are never seen for sale. The localities are exactly correct, as I got these from some friends who are prolific field collectors with the contacts in Norway to ensure access. There is also a classic Stengite from the Leveaniemi Mine in Sweden in the mix.
