A Quartz cast after Anhydrite(?) is richly coated with lustrous, pink crystals of Quartz (var. rose Quartz), and is accented by clear points of later Quartz to 8 mm. The contrast of the cream-colored cast with the Rose Quartz is striking. The pink color is much better in person than the photos suggest. This is a great specimen for the Quartz and/or epimorph collector, and is free of damage.
