Multiple, sharp crystals of dark-smoky Quartz to 29 x 17 x 12 mm are perched on cream-colored crystals of Albite to 4 mm. There are a few small chips on the Quartz not visible with a 10x loupe, but visible in the closeups. This nice plate is from a miarolitic cavity found in a remote area of the Sawtooth Wilderness, collected in 1991 by Chris Lehmann.
