$595
Large Cabinet

129 x 88 x 67 mm overall
50 x 23 mm Calcite

This interesting specimen consists of two generations of light-pink Calcite with satin luster. Complex scalenohedral Calcites to 50 x 23 mm with stepped growth are in turn partly overgrown by barrel-shaped Calcite crystals to 18 x 10 mm. These barrel-shaped crystals are perched on the earlier Calcites and in several case wrap around their bases with the scalenohedrons seeming to pierce the apical faces. Small, needle-like crystals of Quartz to 3 mm long are perched on and accent many of the later barrel-shaped Calcites. No damage.
